but i think need more time to test....

I too had slightly worse performance on my AMD processor, but my Intel desktop did see an improvement.
I'm thinking it may have something to do with jh00's version including profiling.

Also, how come your binary is so large?  Even the stock build is ~200k.

are you guys using some CPU miner or just the setgenerate true?  is a standalone CPU miner more effectiv?  if yes which one is best for i7 2660k cpus
with current difficulty more effective is gpu miner )) solo mine is like winning in lottery )))
more effective is pool...

p.s. little optimized cpu miner xptminer for ypool.net (win64, without any donatians)
 https://mega.co.nz/#!OZwW1DhS!29KphxyYXOifzpdHwhhhTO5rglRpXCJliRrXEIAdTTE
seems more faster then gigawat version and original from ypool(v.1.1)

the code? is necessary for understand if change the statistic or there is same malware or get file like wallet.dat....

based on jh00 v.1.1(without any donations and any pleas for donations:) ), was ported to mingw64 (seems was compiled with unused lib), and was implemented optimization for fugue hash based on this  https://github.com/floodyberry/supercop/tree/master/crypto_hash/fugue512/ccalik/vperm ... source code is too dirty...i tried optimize shavite hash but after this optimizations hashrate falling ((...

my version

a10-5800k -t 2

but i think need more time to test....

from my test (Windows version ) there is +7% in Khash but on ypool "Share value/h" -10%

It's only my test. If is not possible show the code, the important is "Share value/h" -10%

I took the time to finally get xptMiner to compile with GCC for Windows.
It was a nightmare for me, but what does that mean for you?  Christmas may have come early.

I've compiled my optimized code for each of the following architectures: generic, core2, corei7, corei7-avx, k8, k8-sse3, and barcelona (k10).

The Windows x64 binaries are available from here:
https://mega.co.nz/#F!YsZSHYKA!IC8LK_MBGwqC-gWOpO7zoQ
https://www.dropbox.com/sh/wtxvxvkirxax2vj/9P_Rxb9V1y (dropbox mirror)

Use whichever corresponds to your processor architecture.

If you're unsure, here's a quick guide based on your CPU manufacturer and age:
Intel: [Older] core2 -> corei7 -> corei7-avx [Newer]
AMD: [Older] k8 -> k8-sse3 -> barcelona (k10) [Newer]
Worst case scenario, use generic.

I will not be releasing any 32-bit builds.  "High performance 32-bit" is an oxymoron.

Let me know what sort of improvements you see!
Some builds may be slightly slower than the stock jh00 miner.  It all depends on your CPU.

I've added another 5-10% optimization to the code and hopefully fixed the issue with AMD builds.
It seems that mingw-gcc thinks that AMD processors don't support SSE, so it left them disabled.  I've fixed that.

The code optimizations have been pushed to the github repo.
The new binaries have been uploaded. (same URLs)

This comes to show us that premine is not really necessary to promote a coin, neither the dev as long as he takes care of the code, nice seeing the community taking care of the coin.

I got 5% slower on core I7 haswell in linux. Tested it for 1 hour and it is always slower. Weird ??
