Chance card:
You Got Goxed!
You lose Monopoly. Take all of your money out of play. All BTC still in play now worth 30% of original value.

This sounds like a blast. An online version would be very cool. Not sure i would ever play it for bit coin, but fun none the less.

What happens if someone disconnects (on purpose, or bad internet connection)?

Ever tried playing Monopoly on a computer? It's quite dreary...

I'm sure this will happen eventually, but why not create or crowdfund our own?

Cool idea but you need to figure the fees which are about 2 cents right now.
Since its all for fun, I wonder if you could just make transactions without a fee. Can you send out an unconfirmed bitcoin?

No, it has to be confirmed.

But to answer your question.
You don't need to make that many transactions.
Players send btc in the pool (1 tx each) which are then converted to game money and then when the round is done the winner converts his game money to btc and withdraw (1 tx each).

Problem solved Wink

It's like casino games / gambling.

You should checkout bitnopoloy.. it doesn't use btc as in-game currency, but you can wager on the game with the other players.
