Let's do a quick recap: - so far at least 3 devs have left with or without explanations, - bumface seldom puts facts in my opinion. Whenever he says that he supported the introduction on exchanges by buying votes, I am slightly surprised because in my memories he did mention he wouldn't because he's got other "very important" things to do etc. etc. with dev money. I'd like someone to point out his contributions there. Well actually he did put 0.06btc because his money was "locked up": https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=413978.msg5543411#msg5543411That's enough to arise questions, if of suspicions on my side: bumface seems always willing to put himself in a good perspective after the fact (re-read the exchange with dcgirl leaving and you'll figure it out by yourselves). This kind of behavior is not really efficient economically speaking. Meanwhile, uTC goes down the drain despite the victory hailed by the thread. Let's call it bad conjuncture and let's hope for the best. |

When I walk down the street, I mean everyone owes me for not punching them in the face because I could very well do it and people have done it before, even if I specifically tell people I won't punch them, but then I slap them instead. Boy, the bumface's got 150k uTC in his wallet: 100k from IPO and 50k he admittedly bought after the IPO. For what price we may never know, albeit possibly in the 0.0001-0.0002 range which seems already completely out of reach. This said at the current price level this amounts to 3-3.5BTC overall (to be put in perspective with the 10BTC approx he might have invested in purchasing newer coins; we call this a sunken investment/net loss/etc.). Poor bumface. Sure as hell he'd like his coin to rise so he could dump. Instead he's going to have to wait quite a while for this to happen. There are so many chinese who bought lower than him and in greater amounts that I don't see it happening next week or even next year. Strange as chinese seem to take over every other crypto by storm those days. I thought they had no more money left. What was the name again? -Bagholder? these guys who believe in bumface are going to baghold for a while, a long long long while. Because in the end what matters is adoption. And this coin is not going to make such a significant breakthrough that it would suddenly replace LTC or other newer coins like DRK, X11 etc. who are anyway going to have a lifecycle of their own. In other terms, there is no significant chance that this coin rises again in the future and some people know it better than others... |

yes really, why cant you be happy that i am re investing that money into the coin, i was well within my right to spend it on a new pc or a holiday to hawaii, since utc was an entrepeneurial endevour. out of all the people involved with starting the coin, i am the only person still involved and i am the only person who is spending his gain on the coin.Power is 29 cent here, and why would i want 10% in mh/s that i would have gotten in GPU`s that i now have in asics???
Oh yea? Did you tell people in the beginning before they invested that you are entitled to spend the IPO all on yourself? Hmmmmm. Spend the proceeds of a pre-sale on miners to bring in BTC to assist in the hyper-inflation of the market. Now there's an idea. |
