From the posts in the previous pages, I see people were having the "signature not found" problem many days ago but the problem has been solved already.
I received my payment 3 days ago with no trouble, but then it showed "signature not found" just now when I haven't touched my signature at all. I have no idea why and how it happened, so maybe OP you could investigate on it.

It would be cool if you can add the missing 4 posts back to my "New posts" counter. Thanks.

EDIT: After some testing, I found how to reproduce my problem. Evenytime after I change my bitcoin address on my profile, I will get the "signature not found" for some reasons.

maybe try to copy the new sig code in the OP as the admin stated, maybe they changed some codes

All users who have 'not found' signature issue, please copy/paste the signature from original.

Update: I believe I found how it happened.

The signature code for hero members have 177 characters. When I copy and paste it onto the signature section on my profile, it shows "Max 4000; characters remaining: 3823". After clicking "change profile" at the bottom right, the final character (I believe it is a line break) is removed automatically and it becomes "Max 4000; characters remaining: 3824". The bot still thinks I am wearing the correct signature at this moment.

But then when I change my bitcoin address and keep my signature untouched (it now only has 176 characters) and click "change profile", the bot thinks I am wearing the wrong signature.

Sure.

I have changed my address and the bot works perfectly. I have done the same testing two times more, and it all works perfectly as well. So I guess you have done some really quick fix which works well. Smiley

Ok, seems the bug fixed. The forum engine changes signature even if you change another field.

We plan to reduce number of participants down to 300. Now we have 470 users, most of them hero and sr. members. So I guess the nearest time we can't accept new users.

Why  not just restart the campaign and recruit more people to join. Most accounts in your campaign are idle accounts which only makes a few posts in a week just so they won't loose a slot in this campaign. Also I suggest you take action for those who are only spamming under your campaign  I don't think that does any better to your service.

er ...the other problems by the OP were fixed..ie got paid...ie got caught up on lost posts and paid

Can you go to your "Profile>Ignore Boards Preferences" and check if the "Services" board is ticked or not? If it is, then just untick it and click "change profile" at the bottom.

i was about to suggest to decrease the amount of inactive days significantly, but i see you already reduced the number of days where participants aren't posting. i think it should be reduced to 1 week as 15 days is still very long. what is the current status in percentages by member level that have joined this campaign?
