This is the way scripts work.  They aren't thinking, they're applying rules.  If you're focused on the rules and what you will or won't get paid for then you're probably missing the point and you're going to get banned for spamming silliness around the forum.   And FWIW, it looks like https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1097344.new#new is going to mean that there's going to be further checking so the crucial point is this: write normal things that you want say to other humans and don't sweat whether you get paid.  If you take that mentality, then you'll have fun and make a little money too.  If you start counting spaces in your posts to try to game the system, you're going to end up with negative reputation or worse (banned).

You can make 500 posts if they're relevant and constructive, but you only get paid for the 50 on this campaign and that rule is to just stop people spamming 50 posts in a day then stopping or moving on to a different account. If you made 50 every day then it probably wouldn't be a problem (though you wouldn't get paid for them). And you need to be a Full Member to join this campaign which you are currently not (edit: though will be next activity update).

Yes, the (space) does count as a character. Any post that is 75+ characters and follows all the other rules too will be paid. Automatic payouts happen once a week.

can you list some of the spam messages? I don't see many spams on indonesian board, most of users that have bitmixer signature are actually discussing just like they do in any other board

I can't comment on the spam in the Indonesian board, but I do know a lot of the spammers with poor English posting everywhere else are often from Indonesia but it's usually the newbs/Jnrs/Members etc but they get to Full Member eventually if they don't get banned.

Yeah, this. I usually give them a polite warning that they should stick to their local board if they have trouble with English (you can send them a PM too if you prefer giving them some friendly advice). If they still spam in their local board then the moderator of that board should pick up on it and deal with it appropriately.

we're discussing just like normal here and we have 2 moderators that will take action whenever someone posted something off-topic, and they are active in doing their job. we're not as much of a spam board as some other local board where the moderators rarely take actions.

It's sad but true that if you have a signature advert, you basically get held to a different standard.  If someone posts unintelligible pseudo-english in a thread I'm reading and has no signature advert, I'm probably just going to read it twice to see if there's anything I can glean and if not, pass it by.  Depending on whether or not I have some inkling of what they're trying to say, I may ask for clarification.  But the same action on an account without much history and a signature advert and I go straight to the report button.

I am indonesian and I do agree with BITMIXER for taking this decision. There is alot of spam according to me, much more like repeated and unneeded post asking about things which they can see fo the answer in the main thread.
Of course this will be seen as constructive post however than in some common sense if people keep on repeating this, this feels much like spam


However, please do not generalize all Indonesian as spammer as some of us are not. We have two wonderfull mods that do their job whole heartedly for it and it is not their fault that there are a huge spam in local boards. Some people bring bad images to us and this will be the consequences to be taken.

Probably. Why did you edit it? It needs to be exactly as given to you in the op otherwise the bot wont find it and think you've removed it so you probably lost those posts because of it. Just try re-sign up again or get in contact with bitmixer to see if they can sort it.
