The more exchanges the merrier. I have never heard of QEX.la but every exchange has to start somewhere, and if it's good enough it could take a place alongside the big name exchanges that get the most volume of trades.

To reduce stale shares in the official P2Pool, add the following parameters to sgminer: --queue 0 --scan-time 1 --expiry 1 --gpu-dyninterval 10
