Hi guys
I have mined at two sites since yesterday using 7970 GPU.
This one: http://doge.netcodepool.org/, i mined there for about 6 hrs and only got 7 coins.
Then i joined https://www.suchcoins.com/ and left my pc on all night. I had a quick check late at night and saw few coins confirmed.
But can't access this website anymore, because its down.

Can anyone from experience plz let me know how many coins should i expect using 7970gpu per hr?
and any good pools which i should join? Thanks

I got some at doge.hashfaster.com tonight and then tried multipool.us which switches between coins. At ~725 kh it mined 544 dogies (or whatever you call them) so far in about 3 hours...

It seems like some pools get swamped as the rate of doge goes up.

They both took a while to report any profit, compared to LTC pools I've been in. Like, over an hour.

edit - oh and my card is an R9 280x, but you should be able to estimate based on the khs in cgminer.

It's working for me... It's 622 now, 0.0015 BTC. I don't even know how to cash out of it yet.

You need to get a doge wallet and then put your wallet address in the payout section. That's how its done on all pools.

Well, yes, I know that, but I don't have an account with an exchange that trades doge yet.

The reason the pool sites might be down is that doge went from being worth almost nothing to (almost nothing)x5 in several days. That's why I tried it, obviously...

Ok ...
Btw how many dogecoins are you getting per block?
I am getting 0.98. I have been mining for the past 2hrs and only got 3dogecoins. Doesn't look right to me.
Speed is 516khas/s.

I use multipool.us to but i have http://doge.poolofpools.com as backup

mulitpool have been down multiple times but at those times poolofpool.com have never let me down Smiley

if you use multipool you get a lot of different coins then you need to get a acount on:
https://www.cryptsy.com/users/register?refid=112918

Its nice to let multipool auto send to cryptsy
You can tell cryptsy to auto sell the alt coins to btc when they arrive!

Shit attracts flies. Big shit attracts more flies.

Doge is the biggest pile at the moment - so it attracts all the flies (aka scammers).

I have not found A SINGLE pool that pays out correctly. imho they are all scammers. More or less.

Consequence: I stay away from that coin. Because what's the point of having 100.000 coins a day in theory - when in reality all you get is 30.000 coins?

I get payed on both pools i use...

No doubt.

Question is: Do you get payed as much as you mined?

All Dogecoin pools pay way less as they should. For several reasons. One for sure is that they get hammered with miners - and can't cope with the high load.

I haven't found a single Dogecoin pool that runs smooth.

Have you?

Wow did you ever hit it right, you said exactly what I have been saying. Most all coins pay out about what coinwarz or pool estimate shows. DOGE coin does not, with 5 M/h I get about 30% of what I should according to pool estimates and coinwarz. Doge is the only coin I have this problem with, I believe the pool owners are skimming off the top, I think all these doge pool owners are crooks! Don't assume you are making ll this money mining dogeshit because you are probably getting far less than half of what you should, pool owners are the ones getting rich!

RAD is much more profitable.

TC is the worse thing to happen to default, needs to open his eyes and not jump to conclusions, not everyone lies!!! Anyway as promised I have left, pass word changed to long random which I will forget like that plonker who ruined a perfectly fine account.

How do I do that?

I mine at 720 khs and the amounts per block vary from 1 to 35. Hard to see a pattern.

At which point I can lose doge coins on multipool?
