Or are they just selling invisible shares at this point.

I got 10 shares that were supposedly reserved for me. Just emailed them back to confirm that they actually do have my 10 shares reserved... dunno anything beyond that. Find it kind of weird that they haven't even logged in for a week now. Last Active: January 31, 2014, 10:27:58 AM

Well, I just sent them $1200 via Skrill
FYI, here is who it showed as recipient. Recipient: Jae Woo Kwol
So, what happened?? We are a team of two people - Alexander and Martin, we met each other when Alexander started working in Finland.

Hello!
Sorry for the little forum activity. When it comes to communication, individual customer service/email support has the first priority. We are currently busy working on mining user interface (looking to introduce optional altcoin mining as a feature for everyone).
@zurg - the recipient issue was resolved through email. It's just a friend of ours who is always ready to help out with some technical issues or fiat payments.
@Plan B - our policy here is simple. If you for example own 10% of a miner, you get 10% of what we get. If KnC compensates delays, our customers get their shares of compensations too. Same goes with any higher-than-normal hashing power.
@Skrill - verification was completed. Had to explain Skrill what the account is used for. Glad to know they are cool with Bitcoin businesses, as PayPal clearly is not.
@2nd miner available shares - the first miners are our own. Due to high demand, we decided that freeing up some shares of our own and gaining some happy customers won't hurt much. Each share is 60GH/s and costs $240.
Best regards Minershare team

Ok but is everything looking good as far as no delays and hashing will be starting on time (next week)?

IMHO .. Not a chance ..
Best we can hope for is that we get an early start ( ie before March 1st ) on the "Plan B" hosted mining revenue ..
MinerShare probably won't have actual miners in their possession much before mid May ( if then )
We'll get some revenue from these Neptunes one way or the other !!
Triff ..
March wouldn't be cool. But they claim on their website that they don't have to wait for shipping because they will be personally picking up the units in person from KNC. And they claim they will be picking them up on the 15th and set up will take 2 days. But they haven't answered any of my pm's or emails. You would think that they would at least confirm everything is going as planned. But I guess we'll see what happens when it happens.

Yes that is the point. Customers are not able to pick up miners in person. I am a buyer too and I wanted to book a flight to pick up my stuff when KCN is ready, but its not possible. Also I bought one share with Minershare tot try, so since they have new space to sell, I was thinking about to buy more shares becaues they receive (I hope) earlier their miners, because of batch 1. (I pre-ordered batch2) Another question, how can they promise 10% extra GH/s for referals? http://referrals.minershare.net/ read the last line... Have they more machines ready?
