@BitJohn: #76395, this is my ticket number. I traded 49 CAT for around 0.04BTC, but after the trade coins disappeared.. ther's no BTC balance  in my account.. Please correct this.. And now it's 12hrs and still no coins... Ticket is booked 11 hours ago... Anything to say?

Cryptsy can't even handle the coins they have, and you fools want Mooncoin to be added?

Until the lags, missing funds, downtime, slow return of cancelled funds are resolved do your customers justice and don't touch any new coins. Your pathetic service will only become more pathetic.

Come on Cryptsy, this is really lazy and ignorant behaviour from your part. Please don't treat users like shit, or else people will abandon your exchange for ever. I booked a ticket, posted my ticket number in a thread where guys like BitJohn and mullick is active and still no response after 24 hrs.... Man, this is really disappointing behaviour from your part... There's already lot of complaints against Cryptsy on these forums. Compared to Cryptsy...Vircurex,Bter and even Coinedup is way better.. Keep doing this and bad word of mouth will hit your exchange hard..

Every issues I had on cryptsy were fixed as soon as I made a Ticket for it. All answers were pretty fast !

I've had a sell order stuck "currently processing" and unable to cancel for the last 12 hours, even though the market has tanked like a bitch, and is nowhere near that price any more.  This kind of thing has been happening almost daily recently.

I can also fully relate to the experiences these other posters have had, having encountered the majority of these bugs myself, and also the frustration of not being able to get a prompt response from the site staff.  I have 10k+ trades on cryptsy, and most of them go through without issue, but when the problems happen, they are compounded by inadequate support.  24/7 markets need 24/7 staff, even if it's just a guy in IRC or on the forums acknowledging the issue. 

I had a stuck order sorted in minutes yesterday after BitJohn responded to my post, which is how it should be, not 12+ hours like my latest problem (which is exactly the same issue).  You need more public-facing staff, not just a bunch of new servers.

Current ticket is #70012, if anyone cares lol.

Hello...? I'm the one who lost money because of them.. my concerns are valid and it's just normal behaviour of a user.. And I have every right to raise my voice against a bad service... If they had responded early I won't keep posting here, but they broke the trust part by keeping a customer in the dark... Imagine you lost a 100BTC the same way and they just ignore you, what would you do..? You know what, It's been two days now and they still not returned my BTC to account or responded to my ticket... What else would I  do? I want my coins back, plain and simple... Customer had every right to question them when it is their fault... And they respond by ignoring them...? Talk about professional exchange... pfft.. The most ridiculous part is that, I even posted here with my ticket number, where giuys like BitJohn and mullick visit and they still ignoring the users... great example for others about what would happen, when they had a similar experience.. It's my money they are holding for trusting their exchange and you blame me..? Great!!! You must be their close friend or employee.... And for clarification "No sir, I'm not being a total asshole.. if anybody it's you who being a total asshole for blaming me without thinking from my part..."
