I'd say there is a definite plan to send to an exchange. Right now, there is just a push for distribution and making sure people know what to do with the coin, meaning distribute it, not hoard it. |

The exchanges tend to be somewhat picky about what they pick up. (rightfully) Although there does also seem to be "politics" involved as well. If the coin becomes useful and used, it will likely pop up on an exchange. I myself have no way of forcing it. |
