Yes. When you already create acc for blockchain. You can manage the wallet using your phone. Just type blockchain at playstore or itune

After make the acc, go to setting and setup all. Verify your email and edit alias

If it's a secret you shouldn't be telling everybody about it. That'll be your account mnemonic and you should keep it to yourself. I'd suggest spending a few days reading up on Bitcoin and watching some videos because if you jump straight in and you don't know what you're doing you're asking for trouble and will probably end up losing your coins.
