If newegg does start accepting bitcoins, ill surely buy a new computer (when I need one) in bitcoins from them.

As with Overstock I've never heard of this retailer before, but I'm all for any store that starts accepting Bitcoins. I hope it has a snowball effect and I'm sure it'll only be a matter of time before the big retailers take note.

I know one very large company that will accept bitcoins in a month or so. Also google plans to accept bitcoins. They are taking suggestions as to what they should do. The two main things are google wallet storing bitcoins, and Adsense accepting and paying in bitcoins.

I really can't see Google accepting or dealing with Bitcoin any time soon, but I hope I'm wrong because that would be huge.

Google hosted a poll as to which part of their company should use bitcoin.

Tigerdirect is the second largest personal computer hardware supplier after Newegg. While it is a big deal in itself, I'm more excited by the idea that Newegg may see that they are losing business to their competition in the form of Bitcoin sales, so that could influence Newegg to accept Bitcoins as well.
