So, yes, I did buy in and sold out already. Yes it had solid buy support. But nobody's pumping 100s of BTC into it, like they did DOGE, or MEOW, or LOT, or EAC, or MOON, because they're not that fucking stupid.

LEAF/BTC volume data (CoinMarket.io):

last 24h: 300 BTC
last 12h: 260 BTC

so, does anyone find a project from http://gofundme.com valuable for the coin? let's choose together

Found this foundation http://shop.arborday.org/donate-fire.aspx

You can buy trees at their site that will be planted in the US national forests. I think if we plant enough new trees in the name of Leaf coin it could reach even the news? They have the media section on the site too for showcasing donations..

1$ = 1 tree

Haha, 260 BTC is just people buying in and playing percentages. If you guys really think they're buying in and holding because they believe in the integrity of the coin, you're dreaming.

What do you think guys about creating the page where people could add their own different ideas and needs, and the others could choose them and donate in LEAF's ?
I mean something like kickstarter, but not limited just to the business support. I think it's a good material for a huge website and community.

Nice, good one, why not, do it so Smiley

You guys, he is making a reasoned analysis. You are free to disagree with him but you're getting overly defensive and the personal attacks are just stupid. I am holding most of my leaf coin but I'm not going to rage at multipools or whatever because that's the game. You can't blame them for trying to make a buck, and expecting Coinmarket to seize their coins is absurd. If the leaf community is strong enough it will survive the multipools and the halving. You can't blame the traders for doing what they do, especially in an unregulated market like this.

What do you think people want to do with this coin? More people buying and playing = more volume = more likely to hit Cryptsy.
Hitting cryptsy is bad for the coin (they have trade API (we dont), so instadumps will happen).
CoinMarket.io is as good as it gets.

People want to dump this coin at a high price, and that's really about it. The only reason people would hold is in hope of dumping on some poor sap's head, either when it hits Cryptsy or once it hits 50sat. All I'm saying is, the big guys are NOT going to get involved until after miners (specifically hashcows) dumps the billions of coins that they're holding on to.

Will it hit Cryptsy? Probably. Will you be able to sell it off in the 200s, 300s, 400s, during the initial dump? Sure. Will LEAF get boosted into the 100s and hold, like DOGE? Not a chance.

Look at any crap coin that broke the top 20 on coinmarketcap. They were all boosted AFTER the coin was dumped. The guys in here holding out for the 50s and above aren't fooling anyone. LEAF will not get the DOGE treatment, and you all are going to be fighting to sell it off in the 20s, fighting against the hashcow dumps and bickering amongst yourselves until someone dumps it down into the teens.

What can you say about hashcow? It is not problem for them to read and autosell on your exchnage.

Some donate will be good))))))

Hard dump you could make only if you bought for 1-5 satoshis and sold for 20-25 Grin
If so nice profit anyway.

100% per investment, not 100% of your entire bankroll overall. Sorry that was unclear.

If you have 1btc and put it in a market, and get 2btc, you can keep doing that until about 4btc. At 4 btc, if you put the whole thing on a market, then you've turned yourself into a giant sell wall/buy wall. So you have to do it piecemeal for an extent.

But yeah, you can absolutely bank 100% investments a day. If you put in 100btc, though, it'll probably just sit there and drive the market in one direction or another.

At the same time, it's not unheard of for people to turn 10btc into 10 in a day, or something similar. Just smart trading and a little bit of luck, really.

Exactly.

More than likely what will happen is you'll try and sell off 5btc worth of LEAF and only get 0.5 of it filled. Then it'll plummet.

Cryptsy traders have been burned by dumps, pumps and everything in between. They're not stupid, and nobody's running to buy 50btc worth of LEAF at 10,000sat the day it hits cryptsy. It's just not the way things work. A few of you will offload some, at the same time cutting off other dumpers, most of you will still be stuck with LEAF because nobody will buy your ridiculous sell order, and it'll plummet. Just. Like. Every. Other. Coin.
