omg im struggling with my leaf wallet 2 days and like 14 hours .... im being very careful because I have a couple million coins.. but it is a mess....

everything was great till I did the mandatory upgrade ... than it went to hell ... so I did what I figured is the right thing to do.

1. saved the leaf.dat

2. made a backup!

3. deleted the old

4. installed the new version 0.8.6.2 with fix

it will not  sink or even attempt to sink kept it open almost 3 days now..

5. So I said ok, ill make a leafcoin.conf that should do it !!!!

nope!!!!!  

it just says on the bottom left hand side "no block source available"   "4 Weeks Behind"

anybody have a good config file for me buy any chance?
what am I missing here? ...  Tips for help!!

As soon as it was retargeted from 130 to 34, hast went from 2G to 13G instantly....
I doubt it is mostly multi pools as we are not on things like coinwarz yet to let them do the profitability so easily.

So why can't we just stop doing this and keep constant mining at it. There is no point to have a very low diff that only has 12 secs/block..

Yea. coin devs really should do something about this. Like implement a hard cap on diff retarget differences by a certain percentages regardless the new hash rate.  That way everything is more smoothly changed rather than so sudden.

Or a diff retarget every 1 or very few blocks.
For new coins, this certainly a good thing to have to prevent jumpers/multipools.
But I don't really know what impact will this retarget-every-1-block once the coin is established and has stable large network hash. It may bring some seriously bad things in the block chain, but not sure.
