Will bull run of BTC start soon?

in my opinion, a bull run will occur when there is good news that can make the cryptocurrency price run a bull run and make a price increase, but if there is no good news then it seems that it will not happen and it will be very difficult to rise.

The cause of the plummet will we cannot determine yet because, there are lots of factors, that might be considered why the market is still plummet, but the only reason that affect the price is the law of supply and demand if the supply is flooded in the market is so enormous that will cause the price to go down as to why its maybe investors trust is shaken and dump some of their  holdings.

The bull run is just normal because traders are going to earn more profit in this way and they can take advantage of the current situation in order multiply their coins.
