Unless he changes that arrangement, there's no point in having escrow here.

That's true. The only advantage I can see here is maybe for exo_coin so that he can see at least a certain level of commitment from my customers since they are taking a certain level of risk that I could in theory run off with their bitcoins. (i would never do that but the point is they cant know that for sure). Smells fishy to me but that's not my call to make, I just provide the service my customers ask me to provide for them. I sure hope nobody gets burned.

It is up to you what you do. However please just remember that we accept escrow transactions. If we would disappear on 22nd February we will not get any BTC from that. Only the coins from direct investments.
