so im going to go ahead and put this out there so that as many people know about it as possible before round 2.

escrow for round 2 will work differently from round 1

Instead of using a spreadsheet to keep up with everything, im actually just going to use the built in functionality of the accounting ledger that is already provided for us by the bitcoin blockchain. There are many advantages. I will not have to do the same work twice for no reason. Also it elimiates the possibility for human error. what this will mean is that if you participate in round 2 you MUST BE ABLE TO SIGN a message with one of the addresses that you send from.

now don't freak out. Its very simple and for anyone who doesn't know how to do this I will personally walk you through every step and teach you how.

im going to be posting this several times to make sure that everyone sees it because the one big drawback to this is that if you send from an exchange or an address that you dont control than you will be donating your coins to me. granted this is a significant drawback but weighed against the advantages I think its worth it.

I suppose that means that is not possibile to send coins
from an exchange directly as it was in the 1st stage?
 Huh

that's correct

Can people send you btc from Coinbase .com? I think people are able to send btc with a message at Coinbase.com.

i really dont know if you can sign a message from a coinbase account.

does anyone know for sure one way or the other?

Yes, http://support.coinbase.com/customer/portal/articles/1392200-where-is-my-wallet-address-

thankyou very much. that is very good news to hear indeed.

Sorry for asking this again, but there is absolutely no restriction for newbie accounts for stage 2? So that even a total newbie (just created) can participate?

When I invested I thought this: To get the maximum share I can invest 1,5btc or 50ltc (1,5btc = 50ltc = My maximum share)

But now on website - "Exchange rate LTC/BTC will be determined some days before launch using coinmarketcap.com."
I am ivested 50 ltc. I want maximum share.
It is not fair for ltc investors.

We would redraw the pie chart like the following:
mining:                50%
3rd stage:            crossed-out entirely
interest block:       crossed-out entirely
2nd stage:           10% + 5% + 3.5% = 18.5%
1st stage:            15% + 2.5% + 6% = 23.5%
mail:                    4%
bounties/giveaways: 4%

That would change the amount of EXO for early-birds to be: 0.1BTC equivalents 13,430 EXO
mail giveaway people would get: 4000EXO (if 1000 people, otherwise 2667EXO if 1500 people) thus an equivalent of 0.02 to 0.03 BTC

If the community is OK with these plans then we would change the pie chart to what I just described.

Fine by me. And I'm one of those "fools" who sent you 1.5 BTC direct.  Lips sealed

im glad we decided to go with a common sense interpretation of the agreement rather than an overly literal interpretation.

Most likely, that's because the dev thought that the early-bird stage would rake in much less than it did.

A modest suggestion (to future multi-stage IPOers): a hard cap would be a good idea, with the offering brought to a halt after it's hit. Then, adjust the percentages in each tranche to reflect the risk/reward ratio that held good in the initial offering post. That would observe the spirit of the offer for early birds and later entrants.

changing rules, after deal was made... Huh

Even though Anon136 is holding my 1.5 btc investment in escrow and this change would give me a bigger stake, I have to say that I don't agree with the change in the terms.  This is unfair to those who sent you LTC.  You should restore the original terms of the agreement for the first round of the IPO.  During the first round of the IPO, the ltc/btc rate was 0.025.  This is the rate at which their stake should be calculated.

Being fair and honest is the most important aspect in business.
