The "early bird" is incredibly diluted, eXo needs to combine second and third round at 10%. Early Bird should be at least 25%.

Its 20 pages, I've read good portions and skimmed the rest. I'd say its a solid proposal for a interesting coin. But I'm easy to please because I'm not a coin developer so I don't know how feasible this all us. Though they claim to have working software already.

This is without a doubt the best start for a new crypto in a long time. It is clear the devs are going to do their best to make this as fair and transparent as they possibly can, while involving the entire community in the process. So far they have successfully managed to avoid the most common complaint of new cryptos, namely unfair IPO/launch/premine. I love the green angle to the mining described in the whitepaper - once your work is done, there's no more need to waste power until the next block. Awesome! I see really exciting things ahead... so glad I invested in this Keep up the awesome work eXocoin!!

I feel a great potential too, it all seems pretty good, but I would recommend you to not get too excited, let's wait a bit and see. Also, +1 for increasing a lot the initial IPO, we took an insane risk

I also agree that as time goes on, and if the coin becomes more feasible everyone will forget the massive amount of early bird-contributions that could have helped push this coin into existence. With the production of this whitepaper the risk-level is dropping rapidly. Giving a much healthier environment to future investments. I think this is great as it will build the popularity of the coin. However if it was not for a massive early-adopter perk/bonus I would absolutely waited to buy coins at market. I'm not sure what is the most 'fair' but I think the massive amount of BTC put up before a whitepaper should be respected. I'm sure its got the dev's attention and I hope that the whole project takes on new life because of it.

My thoughts is decrease to 30% mining stage and increase 20% early bird stage. eXocoin used NXT as an example of how not to distribute coins. To decrease mining and increase early bid is taking it one step closer to NXTs distribution model. Personally it would benefit me if we did exactly that, but a key point was to try a better and hopefully better distribution model.

I agree with you (as an early investor too), but we all seem to agree that we were so many to invest. I'd say either leave the mining part untouched, or reduce it to 40% MINIMUM, forget about the third stage ipo, reduce the % given for the ones registering on the website, and redistribute it to the two IPOs, with a big preference for the first stage. What do you guys think?

Mining should definitely not be reduced if you want a fair coin. Otherwise, it's just NXT 2.0.

I think that everything should be made according to initial plans and distribution announce. This will make the best launch ever. I hate when rules are changing on the wing. I participated in early-birds investment round and I did foreseen all the risks associated with it, including the possible advantage of the second round investment.

Completly agreed. Maybe you are right 。 But the eary-bird have a big risk and lower RIO。 I think the dev must protect their investor interests
