Do not understand If someone can arbitrary block other clients here we have anything but not decentralized p2p cryptocurrency I'm assuming that the seed nodes are currently controlled by the devs, and they will not send data to clients that have older versions. I guess in the final version everyone will be able to run a seeding node. |

0.71.2 will be available tomorrow (21st). Binaries for windows and linux are finalized and uploaded (not public yet). network will be migrated soon, testnets partly started.

0.71.2 launched on all VPS. proxies also got updated to a newer version. everything is running again.
- except the status server. The reports are off from reality. We are going to implement the enhanced status checker software soon! (Currently pointing to an old, no longer active server)
binaries for you soon. Also, we are releasing the mint build x64 for the first time. It should be compatible with debian/ubuntu and similar distros! Thus we have now 3 linux versions to reach most of the linux users. More will follow, as well as osx.

If they heard u and answer it would be a miracle the mechanism how coins are split between different IPO phases is clear so yes people who step out of IPO increase the ammount of EXO for the people who stay 50 000 000 are split this way and 50 000 000 are avaiable for mining later on  |
