Should we teach children to have businessman mentality or be successful employee

We all have that thought why do Chinese people actually make it in the business world. The reason apparently is that at an early age, their parents are conditioning the minds of their children to do business in the hopes that they will actually be heirs to their family business.
In your opinion, should we be teaching them the same or teaching them to be successful employees for the sake of climbing up the economic ladder?

No, I don't want to dictate my child on what she becomes in the future. I will let him discover herself on what she become. I will give her freedom to know his passion.

I encourage to teach them both, and when they grow up it’s up to them to choose what career they must go😊 but i will try to push more on business mentality because they have the chance to become rich in business line while being an employee, you will always remain a salary man forever, but then at the end of the day, they will always follow their own interests above all, advices will just remain as their teacher.

I will teach them the business mentality one, and as far as they loved what they do I will support them. If they will ever work as salary man then I have no problem if that is their destiny. I will be hard for me to see them that way as they will be enslave by their daily jobs. So before anything of that happens I am trying my best to look an alternative way. As of now I will earn as much as I would so that they would have later on they will be able to do the business they like.

I am in favour of teaching my kids about business but still its up to them if they want to lirsue what you taught yhem or not. Being a bussinessman is a choice and passion. There aresome bussiness minded people that whatever bussiness they started end up loosing it. Bussiness must compose of brilliant mind and the luck with the bussiness you want to have. You need to assess your own if are realy on that field is business is realy your calling. I am nit against about being successful employees because I am an employee for almost 5 years. I am happy with my job and withnmy employers.  I do bussiness before but it turned out unprofitable. That's why I stop and focus on my job which give me the chance to provide my family needs and send my kids at school. It's fine with me about teaching my kids but I will never interfere their decisions in life.

I think that depends entirely on the child. You can’t train everyone to become businessmen.  Business is not something that can be done successfully by getting training. A person must have some inherent qualities in order to succeed in business like unique ideas, solving a thousand numbers of problems, leadership, social qualities, and many more. We can instead guide our children and help them to identify their true potential.

We should be teaching people about being self sufficient however that is not what the governments of the world want, they do not want people with initiative that think for themselves because if they do then they will realize how big of a scam the whole economy really is, which is why the whole education system is geared to create employees that do not question orders and do as they're told.

Yes we should. I see people in my surroundings that are not thinking outside of the box, mainly because they are preoccupied with they daily routine and a lot of work on their job. They dont think about anything else outside the boundries. I always seek for something, something new and lucrative. Thats how i found out about crypto...

The question should be, not in rhetorics but in all seriousness, "Why haven't we been teaching children how to be business minded?" The truth is that most people hold that myth that we only get to learn certain things at certain age in life. These people argue, erroneously though, that the brain should not be over laboured at a tender age. Of course we have noticed that those who developed business consciousness at a tender age tend to have a better grasp of business than those who do at an older age. So, it should be a good thing to compulsorily teach children this skill set.

Firstly I am not clear about what level children have defined. Because there are several steps according to the age of the child. However, in my opinion, according to my age and capacity of the child, they should give as much as they can. However, if you can be able to do all things, do not stumble in the way of life. Therefore, the business owner or successful worker should give knowledge and skill to both.

a wise parents will always teach the very best thing to their children and so I would rather teach my children to become a successful business persons than to just become a successful employee. The best businessman is always the best employee.

This is a highly delicate matter though but in my own opinion, its not one way. At some point of our development through various stages in our lives, we then get choose which path we want to go even though parents have a role to play, at times it turns out that they can only influence and not the determining factor. In this case, I think its a combination of two and most times the one to choose to teach the children is largely dependent on the position of the parent.

For me, who I don't have a company or manufacturing business for my kids to have the chance of inheriting and build to a global company, there is no point of enforcing entrepreneurship but the same cannot be said of someone who has such a company and wants to handover to his kids. Again, everybody cannot be business inclined other would have the dream, and they would needs other people to drive it. The richest man in the world is who he is because of the employees working everyday to ensure that his wealth stays high.

I think that this is a difficult question. As for me, it is impossible to say that you should either be one or another. We need to teach kids to be hard-working, ambitious and goal-oriented. They must understand what they want and how to reach the goal. Not everyone wants to be a businessman.it is possible to be a great employee as well

In my part i think let the children decide what they wanted too when they grow cause i know every kid has different paths to their perspective duties,the only way ase parents is to let them know how was the great value of money to be not a big spender leaen how to save and thats the starts for them to analize that someday i can be what i want to be a great businessman or a great employee,everything is balance we shall be all comes on one way,we have different steps to go through.

More than teaching children to be either better businessman or employee.. let's train and teach them to be a better or best person they ever had... to be both EQ and and IQ equally develop  meaning both mental and emotional aspect so that when he/she have it own business or become an employee he/she can be happy and can go along well to others both in carreer and his personality.. he can be successful

I think it always depends on catagory of your children that what they want to be.We have to understand them and their merit in which sector they doing well and enjoying. Nobody can do well in pressure. So I will never teach my children to be just one aim,they should have choose their lifestyle own.

I think we should teach our children to learn to be entrepreneurs, because now looking for work is difficult. At least if we teach our children from small they will love the business and a businessman it's a big income.

It all depends upon individual capability and everyone needs to find that niche in you. I am teaching my kid to be a human first than to run after money and that will be best advice you can give to your kid than business and how to make money, give them the platform to explore their character as an individual and they will be happily choosing a career that will make them happy as i value happiness more than money.
