Should we teach children to have businessman mentality or be successful employee

For me, being a regular employee of an American printer company, I really suggest we teach our children to have a businness minded mentality. Having a business minded mentality enables an independent thinking. Compared to being an employee being locked up to the company’s mindset.

You should teach both while I agree that having your own business is superior to being an employee since you are keeping most of the benefits to yourself, but at the same time not everyone can do it, you need some specific traits to become a successful businessman which coincidently are very similar to the characteristics needed to become a good investor in cryptocurrencies.

to be a successful employee is not a great achievement, I continue to teach business mentality to my child, if being an employee the pressure received by my boss will be very hard, so from small I teach my child to be a businessman so that when they grow up they become the head and not the tail.

Every child should be exposed to both ideologies in all fairness so they can make informed choices and be convinced they are on the right path. The fact i have seen is that many people cannot be businessmen, the majority would rather die than be businessmen and some businessmen would rather die than to be employees no matter how juicy the offer seems.

It is mostly like gonna be a culture shock or culture force when that happens but I think it is gonna be that effective to put the Chinese culture of education to business expansion idea. It can also happen in the matter of parenting because kids will most likely gonna adopt what will their parents are gonna make them follow, but the thing that is gonna be problem are the peer pressure. We should do that as a parents to make a mindset in our child for business and not for work, since in job  you can find really good job but most will not give you the right salary you deserve especially when you lack of experience unlike in business where in you can earn as much as you want depending on  your capacity and effort.

It depends on what little child you are going to teach, because each person has a different mindset. But I am sure many small children who want to become a business man then teach them business mentality.

Their are teaching up in the school and it is up to them that they will learn how to be successful or not because many children decided what they want to be in the future and its really helps.

I think that we need to teach kids to be responsible and hard-working, first, maybe the employee but later to think about own business. I am sure that every smart person wants to create something on his or her own but before this, it is necessary to gain some experience

We must live in reality, how it can be possible that if everyone starts teaching their children to be businessman, who would be working under them then? This is solid question that must be thought. We have to make our children flexible and let them do whatever they want to do. Through this way they could be able to make decision on basis of their interest rate then compulsory orders.

Chinese culture is different from any other culture. Although it is a good example to teach our children in an early age to have a businessman mentality. There is nothing wrong with that. Kids can adopt what their parents say, but in the long run things change. When they grew up they will still be the one to decide for their future. Teaching them something that can make them a better person is the most important.

It depend on you as a parents of the child, in business actually its good to earned more than the income of the employee if your business is good but it needs a capital to start a business and we know the possibility of risk, while to be an employee well its good also many people become an successfull employee just a matter of experties and skills or knowledge to be a better employee.

In my opinion, it's better to teach children how to have a business than to be a successful employee. Having own business has the possibilities to have a wealthy life not unlike to be forever employee in the company only that owner will become rich and richer.

when I have children then I will teach them to have a mental entrepreneur rather than have an employee's mental. because being a small entrepreneur I think is more noble than to be a successful employee who every day have to work under orders and pressure. being an entrepreneur will educate us to be creative and innovative people.

We will teach team both because being a successful employee we can learn on how to deal with people and it can teach them the basic such as commitment of targets, Time management, having initiatives and how to be an assertive boss. In this way the good traits can be used if we will have a business of our own.

I definitely think kids should be taught to be independents and do there own thing as opposed to becoming another life long worker slave. Unfortunately, schools basically train kids to be future workers, in the west anyhow.

I suggest we teach and educate our kids on how to work on their own. Because being an employee doesn't makes you successful. If you really strive for success build your own business and be the boss. That's how I define success in life. No more orders to follow no more scary bosses to be afraid.

I am more than willing to teach her to do business. doing business will be very profitable for ourselves because we will not be involved by any party. we can also manage our own profit, will open big business or small business. and this lesson is very valuable for the future of our children, rather than having to be a worker whose salary is always the same every year and forever.

i am willing to teach children to have a business at early age because if we teach thier early age they will soon learn and they if they are build thier business they will be a good businessman or businesswomen because they will first taught how to run a business
