Yes we need to teach children to have businessman mentality so they will gain ideas ang knowledge to become a successful employee and this will force them to help their parents in purchasing an important things. This will be a good idea if it is will truly happens hoping it.

Better teach them how to be a business person because it will help them in the future. If we teach them about how to be an employee and if the company he is doing bankrupt it will ruin his future later.

Of course it is better to teach them to act like a busuness man because wuth that mindset we can able to find a way in order to gain a oot of profits and we are not gonna let our emotions ruin our plans and desicions. But of course imagine if all the people are in a businessman mindset there will be no employees anymore we need employees in order to produce a lot of things yes we need to have a lot of businessminded people but we also nees a lot of employees

Why not? It is just an early preparation for us to help our kids with the decision making for the future. It is important that they'll know what they want for them to set personal goals for their future. It is helpful to teach them about business ideas this early.

ITS A BIG NO!!!!!!.. To be honest, I have the mindset that I don't want to become an employee in the future. I don't want to become a slave for higher people. I'd rather choose to stay at home while earning than going to a company then they will command you with what you need to do.

We need to have the mindset of Chinese people that when they teach their children, they teaching them how to become a successful businessman/woman in the future and not to become a successful employees. This is the reason why Chinese people are rich people for me. Mindsetting is the key.

Imagine a society with full of employee, entrepreneurs and businessman. Will it become a balance for the economy? I am also thinking that because if all of us have the mentality of being a CEO, then who will become an employer? There is no production if there is no employers and workers in a company. In my opinion, it is just a fair to have employee and employer aspects. We should not manipulate our child of what they want to choose to become in the future. Let us just guide them towards their chosen field because they need support and not a mandate.

Kids must enjoy their youth first but I also think that they can enjoy it while they are learning things and acquiring skills that will benefit them in the future. Camps, scouting, learning programs and etc that is fitted for their age are possible options for parents to consider. Honestly, I have observed that generations are getting more complicated and complex. Comparing the new gens now, you'll see that the dependency on other things/people are much greater compared to the previous gens. The technology is a good implementation and of used for so many things but I am afraid that we, especially the kids, are getting more dependent to it.

Learning to stand by yourself and surviving are still pretty much needed by everyone. This is not just for business industry but also for other aspects that a person shall meet.

My perspective is both are equally important but depends on what field that person has interest in, well repetitive jobs are getting automation, something would never change, consistently enhanced and needs to be work by humam like programming. For me both mentality is equally important, at least you should know any business oppotunity and knowledge while getting your specialized field strengthen, children nowdays have to be competitive in both sense

Yes, teaching our children to be a business mind or oriented at an early age is useful because they can use it for their future to become independent and skillful when it comes in holding money.
