Because most people doesn't have any knowledge of it and they quickly judge it without even knowing it. Let's just advertise bitcoin as a new alternative investment that is not a ponzi scheme and most importantly not a scam. People should make blogs, vlogs and YouTube videos promoting btc as a safe haven for investment.

In the series Billions they talk about getting paid in cryptocurrency in several episodes. A hedge-fund manager got banned from trading by the government so he'll name another guy as the head of trading, direct the trades and get paid in cryptocurrency so the government can't see that.

If ever bitcoin will be on the movies. I expect that a lot of people will stir their curiousity in bitcoin world. There's a pros and cons. They'll love it or they'll hate it.

Have you seen bitcoin on TV? Have you ever seen ads that have images or sounds or symbols that have the appearance of bitcoin on them? I have not met but I hope that I will be watching TV with bitcoin

Having a mention here and there in movies is actually good for us IMO. Good or bad, it gives the viewers something to think about and out of their curiosity they will research about bitcoin. Now it is up to them which one they will believe.

I also regret with the storyline on some of the film but if the watch is a wise person then they would think bitcoin is like a knife if used for a positive then it will be very useful, and vice versa, conventional money I think so too if we use it for a positive thing then it will be fruitful and vice versa

I think you are right about how the film writers portray bitcoin to be evil. And this very film will give the haters of bitcoin the impetus to continue the barrage of attacks on Bitcoin. How I wish there will be another movie that will change the negative impact on the public viewing mind.

yes obviously that's very wrong, with a negative film on bitcoin will make people increasingly assume that bitcoin is really not good to use, I also hope there will be a film that lifts the positive side of bitcoin it will change people's view of bitcoin so far.

I prefer to watch Bitcoin Documentaries than movies because they try hype the movies so they can make ticket sells.(Banking on Bitcoin)

1.The rise and Rise of Bitcoin.

2.The Bitcoin Story
This was the very first documentary I watched. It is a depiction of all the conversations around the founding of bitcoin. The conversations delve into the core technologies around it, the politics surrounding it, and the ability of bitcoin to transform the financial sector. It also features the opinions of venture capitalists.
3.The History of Bitcoin
This is a time-based description of the history of the revolutionary software. It shows the use and revolution of the currency from its inception to the present day.
4. The Bitcoin Gospel
This is documentary I would recomemend for someone who is a beginner in the Crypto world.This Dutch film starts with a bitcoin angel investor known as Rodger Ver. He explains how the currency works. The movie basically follows the life of Rodger Ver, who has dedicated his life to advocating for the use of bitcoin. It also gives insight into the world of mining for bitcoins in China.

I have never seen a movie about bitcoin that leads like a protagonist.
it is commonplace in my opinion, because after all the movie world will find a favorable side to sell. and that is the negative side.

Yes does not always describe reality. This can be manipulated so it does not become a good foundation. But it can arouse curiosity and give awareness to the world. I see some series that also show Ico, tokens and Altcoin, Bitcoin mining. All this gives a good awareness.
