You should not invest in a project just because you can buy token by paypall or card. First research the team and make sure there is a strong one, second check the project if it will have a real use so the tokens will be needed and third think check the token metrics(at least make sure the team or the private buyers wont dump it). If you check most of the recent icos made like a 50-70% loss for the investors so be safe.
