He recently locked his selling thread after scamming someone.  I see he has now unlocked it, bumped it, and locked it again so that no one can point out he is a scammer.  If you read his whole thread, it's pointed out pretty early that he's an old scammer returning under a new screen name.  He does not even bother to deny it.

Obviously some people won't read the whole thread though:

His thread should be deleted and he should be IP banned.  The title of his thread is "BTC to Moneypak,Skrill,Neteller,Paypal,WU,MG " and he has bumped it back up to the first page.

I posted this in this forum because it is not possible to comment in his newly bumped and self locked thread, and the mod is offline.

Whoever he scammed needs to post a thread in the scam accusations section so that someone in defaulttrust can leave him negative feedback so that he will show red to everyone.

The link I pasted in the OP is by a user named smashpt who posted about being scammed by exbtc.  He posted it in the Currency exchange forum but is has been moved to the Scam accusations forum.

I don't know why he didn't update exbtc's trust rating.  A lot of people seem to not understand how to use it.

Wrong section...
The OP or a moderator should move it to Scam Accusations.

Why didn't you read his whole thread?  Why didn't you search his username?

Please take the time to give him a negative trust rating.

I intentionally put this here for reasons explained in the OP.

Exbtc is locking his thread so that no one can comment about him being a scammer.  Occasionally he unlocks it and bumps it back up to the first page and then locks it again.  This forum's mod was offline, so I figured it was better to warn people on this forum immediately rather than PM a mod about it.

The first thing a mod should do is delete his thread.  That should be much more of a priority than moving this one.

OK, then it's clear why you started a topic in this sub forum, thanks.

EDIT: Whatever, now the thread had been moved Cheesy

The thread was moved by a mod but exbtc's self locked thread was left up.

At least Tomatocage, who is on the default trust list, has put a negative rating on exbtc.  Thankfully there are some responsible actors with at least some degree of authority here.  This place is teeming with scammers and the mods seem to actively aid them at times.
