It's disgusting to see people still use yobit after all the scam reports against it.
Well, I assume they still use it for the same reason you used it, up until just recently when you got scammed.  These warnings have been around for a long time now.  Hell, I've even used them but I never traded anything more than probably $50 worth of crypto at any one time.  Most of the time it was less than that, and I haven't used them in many months now due to my fear of them scamming.

At this point it should be obvious that they're not conducting business in an ethical manner, but unless someone does something meaningful to them, they're just going to keep drawing in the suckers until their business finally declines.

At that point, I have no doubt that they'll pull an exit scam, and it'll probably be along the lines of Cryptsy or Mt. Gox.

Unfortunately I wasn't aware of their reputation. I dealt with them 2-3 times before and everything was perfect.

They were the ones who made me realise this forum has a scam accusation thread!

I will make sure their name stays in the first page of this forum for many months to come!!

OK, fair enough.  That's one reason why people are still using them, but I bet there are a large number of users who are well aware of the scam accusations and continue to do so.  Most of the threads about their bullshit that I've seen don't offer as much proof as yours did, and that's why my opinion is now solidified.  I won't ever be using them again, but that doesn't help you.

As I said, if no one takes action that makes Yobit suffer some consequences, they're going to keep scamming people.  Hopefully people will see this and other threads and draw the same conclusion I did, at least.  Hitting them in their wallet will make them suffer, even if it doesn't get your coins back.

I have updated the first post of my thread with all screenshots. should be easy and straightforward to read now
I am spreading awareness here to alarm newbies from falling in this trap but no offense, anybody who uses yobit after knowing of all these scams deserves to have his money stolen!!

I deposited (Jul-08-2018 07:17:58 AM +UTC) in my YoBit.Net wallet address of 1.387ETH. But I don't get my balance right now.
I reported(ticket) the support team of yobit.net much more time for that reason but I don't get any reply from them.
 So kindly complain against yobit.

I never use YOBIT exchanges. But I see some people are still using YOBIT exchange safely. They have never said to me that this is a scam exchange. I think you should contact the YOBIT support team and ask them to answer your question

It is a scam but people are trading here TryNinja gave a lot of references.
The Pharmacist said "I have no doubt that they'll pull an exit scam".
There is something to do with it. It is trusted. There may be temporary difficulties for upgrades. And refused to complete your transaction.

My support ticket hasn't been answered for over a month now and meanwhile yobit has made almost a THOUSAND coins in POS that they took for themselves.

I keep on posting the link of this topic in their trollbox so more people can come here and document their cases

I will not stop until I get my stuck transaction processed.

I took out 0.1 ETH the other day. No problem. Paid in BTC which was paid with creditcard. Long story short.

Needed my ether wallet loaded so i could send tokens.

Summasummarum. No problems for a looooong time.

As one said. "You wanna stay under the radar."

Yobit is not a scam.I've been using Yobit for a long time. Sometimes some wallets are on maintenance but I never faced with deposit/withdrawal problems for top 20 coins like Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin etc.

Yobit is not as large as Binance and I'd not use them if they'd not offer Invest Boxes with 5% - 10% daily rates. Of course, if you invest in Liza or other small coin you have no guarantee because such coins have a small liquidity. But if you invest in Bitcoin you can earn 5% with almost zero risk.

You may contact their support in Telegram (user name: @WardenYobit). and ask to approve your account for Exclusive BTC Invest Box 5% daily. This is therir limited progam to promote their exchange after Liza's denomination. If they approve you for this program you can make a good profit. Your deposit will be doubled and you will earn 5% in BTC daily. There is no minimum period. You can cancel at any time and withdraw your funds.

I'm using it and quite happy. It gives me a stable income every day.

I have never had a problem myself with YoBit, my first sig campaign was with them and they always pay. I also trade some coins there, but never some big amounts - even when I had some problem and send ticket they respond in one or two day. It seems that situation nowadays for YoBit users are not so bright, too many SCAM accusations clearly speaks for itself.

I just check my YoBit account and was pleasantly surprised with my balance, some of my old refs are pretty active in last months. But what is very strange at this exchange is withdraw fees, for BTC it is unbelievable 120 000 satoshi? One more reason to not use this exchange, this is not fee, but pure robbery...

The exchange with the forked tongue!
Don't have anything to do with them.
I bought a good bag of tokens, the wallet said online, but when trying to withdraw a message comes up saying withdraws are currently not available.
8 mths later and 15 support tickets, i still don't have a result, i asked dominikherzog in the trollbox, when could we expect them to have a result? he said about 50 to 78 years ,the cheeky prick.
They claim software is at fault, but they are the only ones that it affects, there is no issue with my wallet or the other exchanges.
In summery they are dodgy theives, stay well clear, and if anyone does have a business address that a sepeana can be mailed to please link it here.

There EULA states
"2) Cryptocurrencies ↑
Cryptocurrency list is determined by the Stock Exchange and can be changed at any time.

In case of disabling the cryptocurrency the User has the opportunity to request for funds withdrawal within the period of 14 days if the cryptocurrency blockchain works and is able to fulfill transaction tracking."
