Hello

It's almost a week since I can not log in to my yobit account because I do not receive their authentication code.
I wrote 4 emails but alas no response from them.
Of course on my account there is a large amount of dogecoin and also waves, verge etc ....
I do not know what to do but this lack of professionalism and interest for these clients disappoint me enormously.

so if anyone has an idea about what i can do i'm a taker

Don't pay it!! This is a scammer not related to yobit.

Yobit are THIEVES they will NOT answer your support tickets and will NEVER give you your coins back.
You have been scammed. Sorry for you mate

YoShit is not a reliable exchange and this has been proved multiple times. Why didn't you get alerted and change your preferences then? The fact is, you guys think everything is fine until it happens to you. I only wish people would take this board seriously.

Why people even trade there? Literally, I don't see any reason why one should use that scammy exchange anyway!

It's almost a week since I can not log in to my yobit account because I do not receive their authentication code.

What is the email provider you are using? because if it is hotmail or yahoo then this was already expected, these two email providers have had this kind of problem, now if it is gmail and you have not received authentication code, then it must be yobit's problem.

I wrote 4 emails but alas no response from them.

it may take up to a year for them to respond

Of course on my account there is a large amount of dogecoin and also waves, verge etc....

This was a very big mistake that you made, there are reliable exchanges like binance. Yobit are scammers who have had accusations pending for years and see that even years pass they do not change their behavior

I do not know what to do but this lack of professionalism and interest for these clients disappoint me enormously.

hire a lawyer and report your case to the police. This is all you can do.

They haven't addressed many complaints here properly in the past and he was last active during February so I doubt you will get a proper answer from their support here.

Their thread is locked as well: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=914975.msg26486140#msg26486140 .

You atm for now only can sit back and wait for admins or support team to reply.

And btw don't trust any exchange to hold your coins for a long time.

Previously, I also encountered many problems when using Yobit exchanges. But when I sent a letter to the Yobit support team and after three weeks, I still did not receive an answer from them. Then I decided to delete Yobit and never use this exchange again. Can exchanges Yobit as unsafe exchanges
