Yes I totally expect the protocol to evolve and in fact I am surprised to see it have the same problems it had back then in 2016 or 17. All that talk about bitcoin failing as currency - well, it hasn't really been solved (apart from SegWit, which is a move in a right direction but it is only short time solution, really).

I would expect Bitcoin to evolve every year at least with a pace of computers and Internet (look, do we have Web 3.0 now? Why not Bitcoin 3.0?)

I'm not sure I quite follow here. How do you see 'blockchain' helping in those instances you mentioned? Are they going to be centralized or decentralized blockchains? What advantage do people get from using a blockchain over some git like data storage with async cryptography and keys for users?
