Is the only downside to a low network hash-rate is that it makes it less attractive for exchanges to add it?

I mean I can mine so much more coins when difficulty is lower, as long as it's a good coin then it will eventually come back in price so makes it good to mine and hold for the time being while suckers stop mining and sell out.
