Over three years, I just use poloniex and bittrex.
They are reliable and never occur single problem when I used them, their CS are extremly responsive.

I can guarantee that there is no better exchange than them !

for me trading exchange for beginners can be through the cointiger website. I have traded there and I feel safe and comfortable. for me cointiger is easier to understand and I was lucky to trade there.

Use bittrex as your trading bitcoin account, created account there and check which one altcoin have higher volume for trading or investing, always buy at lower price and keep selling after higher price although 10 to 20%.

The choice of trading platform at first depends on what assets you would like to trade. Also do you have any trading experience? Basic knowledge about it?
Spot market on any reliable exchange would be a good choice for the beginner.

The most reliable and convenient cryptobirge, as of 2019. Cryptocurrency trading sites are a huge amount, but I advise beginners to begin. Binance, Kucoin.

as a Beginner, the most important thing is not to choose an exchange. but knowing the basics of trading is very important.
if possible I suggest. coinbase is perfect for beginners. I myself was also advised by friends who are experienced to use Coinbase. if later you are proficient and already know the direction, you can try another exchange. because the exchange is very much

if you look at a coinmarket stamp, you will definitely be confused by the look like that. just try okex.com, or other platforms like waves, or forkdhelta for trading tokens

the best choice is one that has the most daily trading volume, you can choose some of the most volume exchanges according to coinmarketcap

IMHO poloniex and bittrex are the not best exchanges now. I also started to trade on them, but for example, poloniex blocked me for half of the year and support just ignored me for all this time. Bittrex have low volumes on trading, and stopped adding most interesting coins quickly. So I just moved on binance and IDEx, imho most of the new coins I can trade on these two exchanges.

Most exchanges are similar and have the same type of structure, so there is not much difference which one to choose, the main thing is that this exchange was in the top ten.

Forkdelta is not a recommended exchange site to try especially for the beginners. It has the worst system in the crypto space. Another platform like waves has the same thing with it and that means the only best exchange site to try is a centralized exchange only.

Should there be an exchange for beginners? I think no, as long as you understand how to operate an exchange you have no worries about what exchange you should go for at first. Another thing is that I don't think beginners have to mean one doesn't have the enough for verification. That's for some exchange who requires a lot.

Bittrex very often delisting many coins and the Poloniex generally belongs to people who own the world) how can you choose these exchanges?
