Hi,
I am checking all of my rigs 24/7
on my pools the reject is about 0.5%
so if you get 5% try another pool, and for any problems you can always send me PM or Mail, I dont check this thread much.

I can see the Rig up, Are you sure its not just the admin panel was down?

First ti'me I've had this issue. LeaseRig shows EERIG4 (SCRYPT 2.25 MH/S) offline, but the pool shows it's receiving shares. Can you let me know if stuff is fine on your end? Thanks!

The rig was up all the time, its just the admin panel that was down.
if you need anything please PM me i dont check this thread on daily basis.

If admin panel is down, then whole website is down. Maybe you should check your IP/hostname/port settings for cgminer API. If your customers can't adjust pools whenever they like, it is not good.

Rig speed was as stated for the entire rental period.  Stable and trustworthy.  Will rent from again.

Bought 48 hrs of this rig last night and I wake up to the rig being offline this morning. Nice. I can only hope that it comes back online and I get an extra hours for downtime.

Problems seem to have stemmed from the site, not the rig. Operator is pleasant to deal with and after this hiccup and the customer service provided I will be coming back.

Can you tell me why EERIG1 keeps switching to a pool that is not mine

Every time i change it it reverts back to the pool above deleting my main and backup pool.

Edit: Just managed to change it to my pools and not soon after its back to the pool above with mine missing.

All provider rigs have been set to non-rentable.  Please contact the provider for a refund if you are currently leasing and their are pool/miner issues.

If your issue is not resolved (you must allow 24 hours for a response) please open a support ticket.

The reasons for disabling the provider are not disclosed here.

We had some problems but i was refunded for down time and the remaining hashing time would use again.
