Transparency of the team all of them to make sure that they would not run away. Make sure that the roadmap is being followed. Ask and make a lot of question regarding on the ICO and its team.

As of now, many ICO is launched everyday. And as we investors, we dont want to be scammed by any ICO, so we want to make sure that the ICO that we plan to invest is a legit and has a promising features. May I ask which factor is the most important in evaluating an ICO.
There are bunch of factors that is germane in evaluating ICOs which some of them are to check the CEO background , project own capital that's to know if the ICO have fund to execute their roadmap , business track record is important to know about there experience and for how long they've been existing before ICO and the whole team and their background lastly if they're just developing a product or have a working product. All the factors listed above is consequential when evaluating ICOs

It can sound silly, but I choose many ICOs basing my decision on a vibes that it has, lol. Simply the overall atmosphere in a community etc.

I believe responsibility and clarity in delivery goals are the most essential factors for an ICO, generating security and motivation in investors for an increase of participation or even invite sympathizers for it. However, other factors may be relevant in certain projects, such as: community, marketing development, project need for humanity and so on.
|
Note* I write about projects that can do something for society. Now whether this will happen depends not on me, but on the project team. I'm just a writer... DYOR

For me the fist thing i saw is the teams and their linked in. If the ceo has experienced in cryptocurrency world for me is a plus point of the ICO, because behind any good project, there must be a good people who managed it.

Before perticipating in any ICO I often deeple research the project. My advice is to pay attention whether the projects has a ready-made product as it is some kind of guarentee that it is not a scam as well as long termed activity before ICO. Strong team and good community also is a good point to look at.

The most important factor would be for me the way that the team is set up around the project, if they do not look like they are working on the coin for the future then its a no

For me, I try to look at if they have a working MVP or if they're already making a profit.
Either that or the background of the development team, their experience, if they can be trusted and so on.

As on what ive experien on the past , ive joined a lot of bounty ico campaigns with a good solid team and as i notice almost all ico that i came across has always compose of a professional memebers , i guess that is really required in order to attract a lot of investors. So my point is i dont think a good ico can only be indentified by their team members but rather a good ico for me is depends on thier purpose or usefullness of thier projects. But even though you consider to check and look for all these characteristics and traits, there is stilll a chance that an ico could lead to failure or become unsucesful due to some reasons.

There must be professionals that's true, but for me is not only that. when i wanna invest in ICO i will see the ICO's rated website like Icobench, ICOtracker and etc this is important because in this website, people who expert in crypto will give a review about ICO project and giving the opinion about the project, that's a good way to choose a best ICO's

At first, you have to see their community, is their community will act with a significant amount, and if their ico rating and profile will good, if they have expert ratings from icobench, if their admin will busy with a regular update then I think that project will hit. But all the time, you will not make the right decision because some scammers are really very smart and talented, like a hashcard project's owner. So, you have to look at them carefully. Good luck.

their team members, if the team members from the project showing up the real face and social media link wich mean linkedin , twitter etc i believe they will not scam us, then i will read the whitepaper carefully my friend
You mean a real product that developed by a real person that at least should be known widely right? Other than that you might have to go for a 50/50 between legit or not. That's true , I would feel so secure investing the money on that kind ico. It's really matter who run the business , what kind future prospect and how the roadmap makes sense for everyone.

The team: who are they? What have they accomplished? Etc. Then how strong and active is the community? Are they just tweeting once in a blue moon? Then, the project. What's the significance of the project? What's it going to solve.

I thinkt hat one of the things that i am most looking before investing is the level of creativity that the team has (it is more than important) and also, the amount of money that they have already raised till then.

The team profile and background is the most important factor to consider, since most successful ICO is due to the competence of the team. My next is to analyze the whitepapa and prototype of what the money will be use for

For me,it is the team.I check for the expertise and the integrity of the team members and advisers. If they have a fraudulent past or organize a ponzi scheme that scammed people in the past, then the project is scamy. Also,I check if the team has what it takes to carry out what they wrote in the whitepaper.
