7 days for a refund/exchange? Parts of Canada wouldn't even be receiving their orders within 7 days due to Canada Post's shipping methods. You might want to rethink that, seeing as for example WTCR.ca has a 30 day return policy which IMO is much fairer.

I feel 7 days should be enough to justify whether a replacement or return is necessary. I can see WTCR offering 30 days because of the other products they offer on its website. With that being said, customers can always feel free to communicate their dissatisfaction even after 7 days.

Can I pay in CDN$ since you're a .ca website and ship from Canada?  Is your usb fan made by the same factory as the arctic breeze?  Where did you specifically source the usb fan?  Can't find a similiar fan to compare specs and cost.
