First question on my mind when i still didnt able to read up the article, i thought those bitcoins seized from an illegal exchange but when i do read up it do came from  LuL.to portal which illegally offered more than 200,000 e-books and audiobooks for sale. as stated on there when i read up but i dont know if its right for them to sell off on seized Bitcoins?

In Bulgaria, authorities are sitting on 213,519 Bitcoins, worth $1.5 billion. In November, NewsBTC reported that this would have been able to pay off a fifth of their national debt.
