This looks like the same problem i had, i was refunded on the time that i lost but Hostkey should realy look up this! I think its the leasing site that double book us...

I also am having problems. Mine is with Rig O3 . User joshvette001. I also had other rigs but didn't see if they had stopped functioning before they expired. Hopefully I am reimbursed

I guess something is up right now, because TCM0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 9, 10, 12 are all listed as OFF at leaserig.

Two are ones I've leased.

I've just sent a PM too.

The profile shows hostkey was last active a couple of days ago so it's possible he's lost net access for some reason. Hopefully he will be back soon and can quickly make good this issue.

Negative feedback for Hostkey5.
Real speed is about -20% of the speed you are paying for.
I had a downtime of 1 hour but no way to have this time recovered.
At the end I payed 12Hours for 1.27Mh and received 11hours for 1.07Mh/s.

I personally think it's a bit too soon for that. Something drastic must have happened for all of his rigs to simultaneously disappear from the net, and it's not like he's been active but ignoring our requests. I'd say give him a bit longer.

Just rented your rig and from the beginint untill now it has been more than 20 minutes the rig is not responding to switch to my configured pools. Trien more than 5 pools that I know it up and running. Disapointed so far I dont want to check every 20 minutes if it is working so cancel my rent and refund all BTC!

Update1:

After 8,5h rig switched to my pool and I got extended only 216min (3,6h) from total 

Never never ever ever again this rig!!!!!!!!

aparently comunication with the rig owner is limited to 5 words in 1 single email.
