Absolutely not. Simply now, there are many great projects that actually collect everything at the private sale stage, in which the big funds invest, and which do not need the public sale stage and private investors, or leave at this stage a very small cap.

ICO industry must be changed. I see that even projects which have collected more than $ 10-15 mln can't list their tokens on good exchanges and token price drops below ICO price x5-10 and more...
Also investors don't trust projects as it was in 2016-2017. Too many scams, same ideas with different teams.

It has become increasingly difficult to find quality ICO's and a lot of that can be attributed to noises about increased regulation from authorities without spelling out what that regulation should be. That lack of clarity about the rules has caused a lot of legitimate projects to put thoughts of doing an ICO on hold but has had no deterrent effect on those whose only reason to do an ICO is personal enrichment. But on a positive note, quality projects are having no difficulty getting fully funded while those projects that are of poor quality are not being able to raise money as easily as they did a year ago.

Poor project is reflecting from the raised because thats all i know from recent situation. Many poeple never think the idea or team as reference to say good or bad product. Poor idea with good advertising sometime make the investment situation is boom. Good idea of the project sometime gain low interest from people. This is not actually because of scam but seems like the advertising and team are not good. Ico will be dead when not interest to it from investors but now its not happen yet.

There are still good starting companies there who have some good ideas. They just really need the money and ICO is their answer.

No. They are still good ICOs in the market. You just need to dig deeper to find out which ones have a great future. I can personally recommend you to try DCC. ICO market is not dead. There is a lot of good icos are coming to the market. ONT, IOTEX, OPEN and many more. The only important thing you should remember try to do a lot of research if you were interested to find a good ico. I have created generous amounts from joining in the promising ico. And this is based on how the result of your research. if you do a proper research and it will be so easy for you to find a good ico.

Well, this kind of fundraising tend to attract scammers a lot!, see any kickstarter and fundraising project out there, atleast hundreds of scammer has scammed people ever since.
Just curious what those scammers can do except scamming people and being garbage, just a world without them will be better.

Yeah you are right, there has been many not too good ico coming out, there are some project that had surfaced which in my own opinion doesn't require blockchain but they have come out doing ico, so right now there are not too many good ico then the good ico's

ICOs are not dead, they just evolved. Last year, even the crappiest ICO could hit hardcap because there were very few of them. Nowadays, they spring up like mushrooms and most of the projects are actually quite good. With so many options (and despite their quality) it's hard for all of them to gain trust, attract investors and hit hardcaps with a limited money supply circulating the market right now. All that makes people think that ICOs are dead while in fact they are more alive than ever.

In the data then it is currently not much ICO that offers something good and most of them end up with a failure and then a scam. It is indeed very detrimental to many people because the investors who exist on a project usually amount to very much. But I am still optimistic that there is still an ICO project that does have a very good level of quality, a good ICO project is not much.
