A version of cpuminer is provided with the 5 chip units. You don't need a controller you can plug it directly into a computer.

Express Post International is double the cost of pack and track so if you add an extra 0.04BTC that would cover it.

No the devices don't ship with power supplies unless the next batch includes them (my one didn't have one). If enough people are interested in including them with orders i will try and source some.
