Well, I'm not feeling very good about this whole situation. Beastlymac is either being disorganized, disrespectful or down right fraudulent.  I'm not saying he is (yet) but why I don't have my money back currently has me really suspicious.

I sent him 0.68747 BTC for 6 usb miners plus shipping, to which he immediately replied that everything looked good. Then yesterday I'm reading on this forum that if you're not on the list, you're not getting one and to stop sending payments. So I PM him asking what happened. No explanation, just a sorry - and a request for a signed message and transfer ID to return the BTC.

I then reply with the signed message below along with an explanation of what happened and again, no explanation.

I need to make sure that you have control of the sending address so that someone doesn't pose as you and steal your money. I have sent you a pm with another option of sending 0.0005 or lower from that address to also prove ownership.

I have already refunded ~15BTC it isn't an issue but i can't send you the btc if you can't prove ownership of the sending address. It was also posted in the main post that if any issues occurred you would need to be able to prove ownership of the account by signing a message.

That screenshot you posted doesn't show my message I sent you, you have to copy and past my message and address and signature for that to work properly. Works fine here as it does when I use bitcoin qc verify. Please ensure you put my exact message and address as shown above, it will work.

the reserve list is more about people who are interested...i mean look at all the people who "reserved" 10, 20, 50 units but then changed their mind and only ordered 2 units or none at all. therefore you can't rely 100% on the reserve list only...i made sure i paid a few days before the deadline as i knew there would be a rush and i wanted to make sure i got some units at least. Maybe those who missed out on this batch can get in on another order for second batch.
