I have asked them if they can't shipped with the declared amount then to refund the order. If they refund then i will re distribute the coins back out to all the buyers.
Won't the same thing happen with the 5-chip units, or are they separated in smaller orders?

Two different suppliers and I guess the 5-chip supplier is willing to cooperate more.
Yes they where willing to declare for a lower amount so no. I didn't face any import issues for the first package that has come in.

Do they come with usb mini cables or power cable?
Do I need my own power supply or can they just run off the computer?
