I myself actually managed to gamble several thousand USD through dice and CS:GO match betting that I saved over the course of several months- I started small with a few hundred in dice, tried to get more back through match betting, and initially made some more money before I put thousands on matches and lost match after match. I stopped shortly after and managed to stop myself from gambling any more of my money, and I only occasionally gamble now. One of my Mom's friend actually got addicted to gambling in the actual casino, she is single and living alone by herself. Whenever she got off to work she goes to the casino and play until midnight and go home after, same routine every day that's how addicted she is until one day she decided to quit so she makes herself banned into the casino which I did not know that you can actually get banned if you request it in the casino management. My gambling addiction is same like most of the people who promote gambling sites on this forum.
I was getting paid in my yolodice account every week and everything seemed fine for the first few months , but slowly i started developing a slight interest in gambling.
Then one day i deposited 0.1 bitcoin on the site and gambled my way to a profit of 0.4 bitcoin , as i was new i just had a goal of 1 bitcoin which was stupid enough but i didn't realise it that time.
I then slowly started losing my funds but i still was in profit so didn't care much and then i was at 0 profit that's when i got addicted and transferred more bitcoin to my account and kept losing until i stopped at a loss of 0.3 bitcoin.
Then i started gambling with my weekly payments and once i was able to turn 0.007 to 0.2 but again addiction got over me and i lost everything

I actually do not have much story to tell though, but it seems from some of the things I read, it is like it usually starts well, more like some of the forces of nature trying to deceive you and the voila !

Everything just starts crumbling and since the mindset of winning is already fixed, it takes a lot of discipline and control to realize it was just a trap all along. Good thing you found a way out.

True  their stories are very interesting and you'll find yourself wandering what if you were in their place? what are you going to do? and etc. Another is that, their experiences will be a lesson for any readers especially to those who suffered the same thing. Some might have already recovered from their addiction, some might not have yet. I am sure that this thread is worth adding to my "Notify me" list.

is it a poker game? I used to play it on facebook before I switch to online poker table based on btc payment, poker on facebook is very easy, because they play without using strategy, it's fake because they play free chips, and will be much different when they play the gambling paid

Maybe this story has nothing with cases of real gambling addiction, but this days somewhere in Scotland opened a hospital which treat crypto addiction, yes, crypto one,there  is such apparently. Does anyone know of details of this story or examples of crypto addiction? I am a gambler but just an online gambling site, I only play foker and dice because it is interested to play in those two places. I spend about 5 days a week gambling and so far it's fun. This story is of two brothers who introduced me to gambling. Their current age will be about 40 and 32. Both were addicted to gambling. I already quit gambling because its not doing any good to me and my budget. There was a time that all I do was to think about gambling and where I can get the money for gambling. If you only bet occasionally and just seek the fun of betting, then you are not addicted to gambling. People who are addicted to gambling try to quit, but in the end they still bet more in the hope of winning more.

If you only bet occasionally and just seek the fun of betting, then you are not addicted to gambling. People who are addicted to gambling try to quit, but in the end they still bet more in the hope of winning more.

he can be addicted to gambling because if he continues the games and spends more money without knowing that he can win or lose, soon he will be an addicting person in gambling. but if he only plays for fun and doesn't spend too much time in the gambling games, he can avoid being an addicting person and he can decide when he needs to stop the games.

All I remember I was in college and suddenly we tuned into a FIFA match, and we harmlessly put a bet of 10$ I have absolutely zero idea when those bets turned to 1000 and once mad bet of 10000 (I had zero funds was deep down in gambling debt decided to take a risk call and it paid off). Making some profits in dice game is easy as compared to other games of gambling are concerned because it is easy to play and understanding the situation is very easy for the gambler in the dice game but still as this game is a gambling game, we cannot say that luck is not a big factor as it has importance in it also.
