Thanks for the update bholzer. You guys sounds like you are working very hard - that amazing given you don't even have a premine. Crypsy is very unfortunate, but those guys have been sketchy from their launch. Have you thought about shifting focus to mintpal or something of the like.

Anyways, you have a long term supporter and miner in me.

Cheers!

Yeah, craptsy must refund and devs should send BTCs to mintpal.

Still nothing from BigVern himself but, according to a Cryptsy employee, the only guarantee is that the top coin on the list will be added when the votes are tallied and the date/time of that tally is a moving target. Beyond that, they basically add coins at their discretion regardless of their position on the list. Perhaps they had a stash of the other coins and wanted to dump them (or perhaps they knew they could squeeze more money out of me) but, for whatever reason, we'll have to continue to battle to get the #1 spot back. I've thrown over a bitcoin at it today between Cryptsy Points and BTC votes but the "DaMaCoin" dev seems pretty determined to be #1 this week. He must have another coin he wants to release and he's anxious to dump his DaMaCoins - frustrating when we have a coin with a complex, long-term plan and we need to get listed on Cryptsy before the next step. Coins are typically added on Fridays but I'd like to maintain the #1 position just in case they decide to tally things up early this week. This whole process is ridiculous - we're trying to stay on the same page with an A-list celebrity and his charitable foundation, we're talking about potentially raising millions of dollars for charity here, and I feel like I'm trying to win the top bid for a pair of headphones on an eBay auction. To make matters even more frustrating, our only competition this week is obviously just another clone-coin dump (are these ever going to go away? Who is buying this stuff?).

In any case, we will be added this week one way or another. I'm finally getting caught up on things at my day job and will be focused on Murraycoin for a good portion of the day tomorrow. I will try to respond to all remaining private messages tomorrow as well - I apologize for the delay there but I want to ensure satisfactory responses and that takes time I haven't yet had since returning from vacation.

As always, thank you to all of the supporters (both old and new). I know it's difficult to stay positive in this bear market (slightly amusing that $500 BTC feels depressing, but it does!) but I feel like Murraycoin remains one of the few bright spots in the altcoin world. There is an art to timing these things and I'm confident we're going to nail it.

I know, snakey - sorry about that. I receive between 10-15 messages on here each day so they've really been stacking up due to my recent lack of availability. Also, it's not easy to organize conversations on the BitcoinTalk messaging platform making the process even less ideal. I usually spend 2 hours/day just responding to PMs here but between that, Email, scheduling, corresponding with our investors, the foundation, etc it's becoming difficult to stay on top of communication now that our team is (temporarily) depleted. Right now, I've been responding to PMs from almost a week ago. Obviously, high priority or time-sensitive messages have to be handled first as well (not that you aren't important!). I really need to focus on continuing development on a number of Murraycoin projects but it's impossible to move forward on them when the bulk of my time is spent answering questions and providing updates on an individual basis. Regardless, I understand how important communication is and it will continue to take priority over further development at this stage. Looking forward to finalizing the endorsement, getting our next round of funding, and having my full team back in action.

Appreciate your patience through this process - you guys have been awesome and I'm ecstatic to see this quality community we have assembled holding strong. I'm finally getting caught up on the communication side of things and this is a very important week for Murraycoin - we are sitting quite well  Wink

Trust me man I understand and I appreciate your honesty.

You dont need to explain yourself, 10 to 15 messages a day would drive anyone crazy.

Anyways keep up the good work mate.

Bye for now.

hey, fusionhash actually posted on the octocoin board.... page 65. they said they would have staff check twice per day. i know this is a different coin but same pool nonetheless. you might try posting there to see if they will give you a response.

I just realised i did not receive any transactions from the pool for the last day and a half.
It turned out the wallet was out of sync, even though it showed to be connected to the network and connected to nodes.
I closed and opened the wallet and it said it was 39 hours behind.
It synced and all the missing coins appeared in it.

Maybe a bug worth looking into ?

Yeah happens here to, you have to close and reopen the wallet. This happens to me with other coins as well, not sure why that is.

Someone is dropping a lot of coin on MRY on cryptsy.  I wouldn't be surprised if cryptsy is manipulating this "damacoin" shitbox in order to extract more BTC out of the MRY crowd.

well, after last weekend's shenanigans, cryptsy won't be getting another satoshi out of me except for tx fees.

Here come the sell walls, keep them high! 60 mil coins, there's no reason for it to be lower than MAX coin.
