Hi,

My brother has had his btce account hacked.

Since the account has been hacked, the email address has been changed to: ( domater54@yahoo.com Hackers Email ) and then been changed again on the 27th January to ( kevinlavronde@outlook.com Hackers Email )

Please STOP any transfers immediately. Have been trying to get hold of BTCE support for over 48 Hours and still no response.

Support Ticket: AUC-374-98573

you shouldn't keep to much in exchanges, going to be a big exit flight from exchanges of Moon coin one the price rises or people accumulate enough to want to start withdrawing for safety

Are you some kind of idiot.

The system can see that all previous logins were from 1 static IP. And then after hack in multiple locations.

Im not asking btce to verify my identity. As that would need a few emails exchanged and would take time.

Im asking to put the Damn account on hold, on all transactions !!!! until they do have the time to verify identity.

I do not understand how the btce admin has been online 3 times since this post and still has not replied to any PM'S or Threads.

First thing they would do, if they had access, is withdraw whatever what was there. So at this point, all you're going to get back is an empty account. Even if support had replied within 5 mins they would be gone.

BTC-e offers extra security measures like 2-factor auth, which is very very very secure. Using nothing but a unique password is just not sufficient in this day and age. Live and learn.

My point is:

After a security change. Which is what has happened.

BTCE block transactions for 48 Hours.

Within the last 48 Hours the email address has been changed again. Why if there was nothing in the account, would you go back into that account and change the email address?

This happened 47 Hours ago.

Why do you guys not understand that it IS an issue not being able to get hold of support for over 48 Hours. How is that good business practice???

You would understand if this happened to you.

All I am asking, is for the account to be frozen. This is hardly a tall order. BTCE support have been on-line 4 times since I posted this thread. And no Reply.

So your telling me that's normal Huh??

If support are busy, and cannot handle urgent requests within 48 Hours then extend the security block on transactions to a time period the admins can handle.!!!

You seem to think you're dealing with a real company instead of a dude sitting in his mom's basement playing "exchange".

....

I guess that was on me Smiley

Well I might be one and I have nothing against you but I have spent a lot of time on a variety of forums and I´m just a little bit sensitive about people throwing dirt on someone else there.

It might be not your case and I understand you beeing upset if BTc-e dont give a shit about your problem, but sometimes it is good to question the genuineness of posts that accuse others, thats all Smiley

I got NOT hacked but suspended because i warned people and tried to ban the phishing site.

Not only the phishing site is still not URL banned or filtered from the btc-e chat, they also claim i did things which are proofable wrong.
