Maybe he talk about margin, from bitcoin downtrend we can do short and take profit with that. I think this thing can happen but have risk too. Just make sure it is really down trend and bitcoin price keep down and down.

I doubt it is easy money shorting bitcoin. Especially right now that support is solid and is looking anytime for breakouts. And the possibility to get burned into margin trading is too risky unless you are fully equipped with technical skills.

I wouldn't risk it unless i was a retired millionaire who can spend all day studying the charts and can quickly dump / buy at the first signs of mass movement. Bitmex is great for gambling addicts but it is easy to be drawn in a lose everything

in my opinion we can do that but we need substantial initial capital because we have to have bitcoin assets so we can trade. or we can start by buying some altcoins that are cheaper than bitcoin in order to start trading. so that the profit we get can be used for bitcoin investment.

Bitcoin investment does not have to spend a lot of capital, which must be understood when buying market prices decline and sell when the market goes up so you will get a profit. and remember do not rush to make a decision if the price has decreased to make a sale, save until the price actually rises.

If i had some spare cash to basically throw around then i would try my luck at bitmex. It does bitcoin and altcoins and is the easiest way to short profit from trading. However, it's not recommended for gambling addicts, you might lose it all

Maybe the someone who tried it has done strong analysis on the market and put all the funds to invest on bitcoin which is good time that the price goes high. From the downtrends it is possible to happen to make ton of money when you ready to take risk all what you have because the year is about to end and we believe that the price grows like before that increase a half which really gives ton of profit.

Or simply set the leverage to 100x on Bitmex That way, you could make a position of $100,000 with only $1,000. If the market move as you expected, then you'll get tons of money, practically out of a small $1,000. Just kidding, I don't recommend making a trade with very high leverage as Bitcoin is very volatile. With such high leverage, you can get liquidated from a random spike that often occur in crypto market.

Anyway, yes, the only way to make money during this bear trend is only from short position, in my opinion. Just trade with 3-5x leverage you can already make considerable amount of profit. Make sure you do your analysis thoroughly.
