Its been a total fail from the start. All hype and nothing to show for it. What are you talking about? Hype started. Announcement coming on these forums soon and launch yet to come. I think maybe you should sniff some more glue and go back to sleep. You missed max generating the genesis block for this? all the tweets he made about how this coin is going to perform? Guys your coin is gonna be rapped by botnets...
would gpu mining be fairer? They want a coin they everyone can get involved in. CPU limited with no gpu's and no asic's mean everyone with a computer can mine. Problem with most coins at moment is people with big piles of cash buy huge gnu mining farms or loads of expensive asic's New comers cannot get involved unless they re mortgage their houses. At least this way means anyone can start off and get involved in mining. yes but what effect will cloudmining and botnets have on the difficulty for the regular cpu miner? |

Starting with empty block... fast diff adjustment etc. Sure you can do that with cpu coin too... @ least coin will be protected from auto switching pools... |

When actual launch comes everything will probably have been reset anyway and restarted. Simple fact is it was not a launch. It was a show explaining to people about crypto coins. Max coin was used as an example. For Max coin it was a great PR opportunity. Now they can get on with actual launch.. Anyway as you feel like you do then stay away form it and let rest of us get your share of coins |

you'll be able to mine with the wallet client at release and we're working on a new implementation of cgminer but not sure...

By Bitcointalk standards of alt coin release this has been a complete amateurish shambles. I have seen worse, but seen way better and much more professional releases. Just shows all you need is hype and newbs clamour over it like it's a new goldrush. It's just gonna be another crapcoin with Keiser's name on it. |
