Firstly Hello, It all depends on what basis you want to invest. if it is for long term investment you have to be blindly prepared as this thing right here is all about patience as people gain something which is wonderful in long term if they HODL. the longer you hold you Bitcoins the brighter you future gets. This cryptocurrency market right here is all about smart investing and HODLING. Investing is done by one's individual mentality where the particular individual is to prepared for the worst outcome in order to be presented the best in the long run of investing. If Iwere you I will continue to invest and continue to believe that what I invested will get more profits. Those  news you heard is just a FUD. Yes, it is true that some ICOs are failed, but 92% of the is exagerrated. Just continue to invest and look for an ICO that can give you huge profits.
