According to NIST and ECRYPT II, the cryptographic algorithms used in
Bitcoin are expected to be strong until at least 2030. (After that, it
will not be too difficult to transition to different algorithms.)

I'm doing cardio every day (=run etc) and using my little weights. Since I'm looking for mass those aren't really effective ways

you already have a heavy weight.. it's called your body.
pushups and pull ups will bulk you up. also, if you're building mass (or trying to) how can you afford the food / supplements that comes with such a high caloric and high protein requirement?
just gonna throw you a protip - keep doing your 2 hours of running a day and spend the time you'd be pushing weights and recovering from it looking for work. you can bulk up later - besides, you're gonna want to do it right and that costs a decent amount of money on top of the gym costs.

Since I'm looking for mass those aren't really effective ways http://sites.google.com/site/gymskillbasics/skill-progressionsFat people need gymnastic training, not weightlifting. Shit, you were carrying around at least 56lbs of dead weight for god only knows how long. You are strong enough, you just aren't lean enough.
