I thought that the legal issue of security tokens is impossible due to the pressure of regulators now. Am I right?

No, it's wrong. Security tokens are not forbidden, moreover, soon in the US it is planned to launch a regulated exchange for security tokens- Overstock.
Guy, did you get banned from Google? )

Okay, it doesn’t matter. What is the difference for customers - security or not security. The main is profit.

If the SEC bans the company for breaking the rules of dealing with securities - security tokens, you won’t get any profit at all)

Actually, there's a big difference. For all our security investors, AZS tokens will act as the shares, which ensure receiving dividends. AZ utility tokens are intended for operations within the ecosystem.

And cannot they be substitutes for one another? I cannot use AZS tokens for paying inside the platform, can I?

No, they’re intended to receive dividends. They’re shares, not tokens or coupons, so to speak.

In whitepaper you wrote about the issue of payment cards, but it is not clear what it will be - cryptocurrency cards?

And what, I’ll buy them and I even won’t be able to resell them?

We’re planning to issue bank cards, but at the moment we cannot give any guarantees that they will be cryptocurrency ones. Visa and MasterCard treat cryptocurrency as a rival - you probably know, they suddenly stopped servicing all crypto cards.

You can easily resell, donate, exchange AZS. AZS tokens are ERC-20 ones, as soon as you receive them on your Ethereum-wallet, you may transfer them from wallet to wallet without any restrictions. You will be able to trade AZS tokens on our exchange, and not only that. We are negotiating with third-party trading platforms on the subject of listing AZS.

Our soft cup is 10,000,000$. And we want to say that our hard cap is not so large for that cryptocurrency ecosystem, we are going to create.

We have much influx of new project in the crypto space right now and its very hard to keep track to the once that may turn out to be profitable investment in long run,  but i see more exchange project coming up which is good, i like the idea of AZ tokens been a share that can attract some dividends for holding. Will surely watch this project.

Guy, there’s WP, everything is written there. AZ tokens are issued for platform services. SEC ban companies that issue utilities, and then start trading them as shares.

So, you do not expect issue crypto cards at all, do you?
