Someone from the forum could do the design work for your exchange without you having to pay $15,000 for it.
Gotcha. We actually have most of our design done already. Between myself and a few others we cobbled together a pretty decent looking page. Scroll up for a sample screenshot. Ah right ^^ haven't had time to read it all yet, it looks well-arranged.

Javascript disabled? At the WORST you should get a popup box saying there's a server connection issue. Best case the arrow should animate and fade up, and the number should increase. If NOTHING happens - I'd guess your javascript is disabled?

We tried to add an auto-reconenct feature and had an OR instead of an AND and all the site did on every click was reconnect. If click_arrow AND not connected, then reconnect. Thats good. If click_arrow *OR* not connected, then reconnect. Very bad. Nothing happens. All broken Fixed now

On the left side where you display your markets, you may want to consider a search box if you ever get that many coins as cryptsy.

Lebowskis(lbw) seems to be up and rolling again. It was a pretty popular coin for a while. Might not hurt to add it

We'll see about adding that in the sidebar Do you have any idea how many coins will be listed on launch? Top 10 on the voting? Top 25? It will be as many as we have time to add. We're not sure. More the better. But we also don't want to say a number and then have people pissed off if they were 3 votes from the top. We'll add as many as possible, and then once we're up and running and nothing is crashing, we'll get back to adding coins. Same as before, top coin in the list gets added, and we keep moving.

Wow, just found you linked in an article on Aurora, did not really read the coinvoting beta-stuff, just saw your fancy site but no info whatsoever, wrote you an email, sceptical and then found the link to bitcointalk and read the whole thread and I am really impressed and excited. I was a professional fund manager and I`ve traded (and still am trading...) kryptos at virtual equivalents of very dark corners of very bad neighbourhoods and I´m longing for some professional exchange. Will you trade only krypto-to-krypto? I`d also like the Vault function. Why not offer cold storage in exchange for lack of liquidity? I`d do that. I makes accepting kryptos a lot easier for "lusers" like me if we know we can quickly "disconnect" our kryptos from the web and store them "on paper" at a trusted location, without having to worry to have to run some "ubuntu" from a usb stick in order to start a "client" called electrum to somehow print a paper wallet (if we manage to make sure the printer wasn`t hacked...). As you seem to communicate mostly here (no facebook? only two twitter tweets???), you`ll have a hard time marketing to a broader non nerd audience, but I`ll do what I can to promote you, if your performance is as good as it promises so far. All the best from Germany! Can`t wait to open my account!
