Are you the developer of this new exchange? From my understanding, a big portion of the arbitrage opportunities that was posed to sell Bitcoin to South Koreans was because of the limitations that the Korean banks impose on its citizens. For example, I (as an American) can not simply open a Korean bank account (without a Korean social security number) so that I can receive fiat currency in exchange for selling Bitcoin.
Does your exchange follow these same restrictions, or am I, as an American citizen, able to create an account on Zeniex? What kind of KYC verification documentation do you require if this is possible?

However, it is true that non-Korean passport holders are not able to create accounts in appliance with the real-name system for cryptocurrency accounts. (To be fair, there are still many complicated issues with trading cryptocurrency by using fiat not only in South Korea but all over the world).
