I am using blockchain online wallet and always set fees less than 1 usd and the transactions are not too slow.
But i think in the future, the fee might be lower.

Yes the bitcoin fees are going down and thats really a good news but when you are having a lot of bitcoins to transfer then it can cost a lot... Even if you are transferring giving a low transaction fees there is a little bit risk of being unsuccessful.
